Yes4G – Terrible service, poor coverage

I took the yes 78 plan.

it was terrible for me.

Coverage is poor. RM1984.80 worth of misery.

What a life!!! we pay to be miserable!!
anyway, 2 instances stood out –
1. someone stole my data. when I reported, yes did nothing. they simply asked me to changed my password.
2. when my contract is about to expire, I wrote to them. Here’s what transpired:

My email to Yescare:
” Sep 9 (4 days ago)
to YesCare
Hi I do not wish to renew the contract for my account: SMAKAH69@YES.MY.

Please note and do the needful
Thanks
(my name)”

Their reply:
“Reference No. : YES-2209052

On 13 Sep, I receive a notice to pay my bill. I was shocked!!! they have no interest in doing anything for us. Here’s my reply:

“to YesCare
Hi Akrim,

Which part “Hi I do not wish to renew the contract for my account: SMAKAH69@YES.MY. Please note and do the needful.” do you not understand?????!!!!

Today, I receive a bill for Sep 13 till Oct 13. Kindly retract that bill & arrange for termination. I will only be paying for the bill of RM82.7 which is for Aug 12 to Sep 12 2017.

Should there be anything else that I need to do for the termination to be effective, kindly send it to me on this email.

Thank you.”

Teriible indeed. Yes$G is terrible. Avoid it at all cost!!!
